CDU Studio Rentals FAQ

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your selected date and time.

How much time do I get for setup and clean up?

Your rental time includes setup, event, and cleanup. If you need extra time, you can add 30-minute blocks at an additional fee.

Can I bring my own decorations and food?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own decorations, food, drinks, cake, and party supplies.

Please Note: Decorations must be with Command Strips (no nails, tacks, or tape on the walls)

Is alcohol allowed?

No. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises for any event.

What happens if we don't clean up?

If the studio is not properly cleaned after the event, a $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

How does the security deposit work?

We collect a $200 security deposit along with your final rental balance. After the event, if the studio is cleaned properly, the full $200 will be returned within 5 business days.

Can we have a dance party during our rental?

Absolutely! You can add a CDU Dance Party Experience led by one of our instructors for an additional fee. Ask us for details when you inquire!
